Does PebbleDesk handle my state's subsidy reporting?
Yes. PebbleDesk generates subsidy attendance reports formatted for your state's portal. We currently support Texas, California, and Florida subsidy programs, with more states added based on signup demand.
How does ratio tracking work?
PebbleDesk tracks staff-to-child ratios in real time based on check-ins and room assignments. You get an alert before you fall out of compliance, not after an auditor catches it.
Can I import data from Brightwheel or Procare?
We're building CSV import for child rosters, family contacts, and billing records. If you sign up, we'll prioritize migration from your current tool.
What happens if my internet goes down?
PebbleDesk is designed to work offline for check-ins and ratio tracking. Data syncs automatically when connectivity returns.
How is pricing calculated for my center?
PebbleDesk is $3/child/month with a $99/month minimum and a $399/month cap. For a 40-child center that's $120/month. For a 100-child center that's $300/month. For anything over 133 children, you pay the $399 cap regardless of enrollment size. Subsidy compliance is included at every level — it's not an add-on. Month-to-month, cancel anytime.
